By reserving a ticket to the Children's Museum of Richmond (CM) I certify that:

  • No one in my group currently has any of these symptoms, with/without the aid of medications: cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat new loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and/or pink eye.


  • No one in my group has been around anyone with any of the above listed symptoms or diagnosis of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.


  • Both the CDC and State of Virginia guidelines regarding COVID-19 have been followed by everyone in my group.


  • The additional policies and procedures CM has put in place as a result of COVID-19 will be followed by everyone in my group.


  • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exit in any publicplace where people are present. By visiting CM, I voluntary assume all risks, to myself and my group, related to exposure to COVID-19 and waive all claims including cost and expenses that may arise from any act or failure to act of the Museum.


  • I understand that the museum exploration involves risk and the possibility of acidental injury and I agree to hold harmless CM from any accident or injury to myself and my group.
